The Application of ε-Polylysine in Preservation and Antisepsis

(1) The mixture of ε-polylysine and glycine can extend the shelf life of milk.

(2) It can increase the shelf life of instant rice, fast food and other foods.

(3) Polylysine and garlic are used as the main raw materials to make a food preservative.
